01. Read the Instructions: Always read and follow the safety instructions printed on the fireworks packaging before use.
02. Choose an Open Area: Use fireworks only in a spacious, open area away from buildings, vehicles, trees and other flammable materials.
03. Keep Water Nearby: Keep buckets of water and/or sand readily available in case of an emergency.
04. Maintain a Safe Distance: Light one firework at a time and move to a safe distance immediately after lighting it.
05. Adult Supervision: Children should always use fireworks under the close supervision of a responsible adult.
06. Wear Suitable Clothing: Wear comfortable, well-fitting cotton clothing. Avoid loose or synthetic clothes while handling fireworks.
07. Use a Safe Ignition Method: Use a long candle or incense stick to light fireworks while maintaining a safe distance.
08. Dispose of Used Fireworks Safely: After use, soak spent fireworks in water before disposing of them safely.

02. Don’t Relight a Dud: Never attempt to relight or immediately approach a firework that has failed to ignite. Wait and follow safe disposal procedures.
03. Don’t Use Containers: Never place fireworks inside glass, metal or other containers before lighting them.
04. Don’t Point or Throw: Never point, throw or direct fireworks towards people, animals, vehicles or buildings.
05. Don’t Use Fireworks Indoors: Never use fireworks inside a house, room, garage or other enclosed area.
06. Keep Away from Flammable Materials: Keep fireworks away from petrol, LPG cylinders, fuel, dry grass, paper, curtains and other combustible materials.
07. Don’t Modify Fireworks: Never dismantle, modify, combine or attempt to manufacture fireworks yourself.
08. Don’t Carry Fireworks in Your Pocket: Never carry lit or unlit fireworks in your pockets or clothing.
09. Avoid Alcohol: Do not handle or light fireworks while under the influence of alcohol or any substance that affects your judgment.
10. Avoid Restricted Hours: Follow the applicable local rules and permitted timings for fireworks use.
